Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Forbidden Coaching, our mission is to provide high-quality coaching, nutrition planning, and fitness programming tailored to each client’s goals. Because our services are personalized and digital in nature, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in any of our coaching or nutrition packages, you agree to the terms below.
Coaching & Digital Products
All purchases of coaching sessions, programs, and nutrition plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Our services involve personalized time, energy, and expertise from our coaches, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.
You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to coaching, accountability, and programming, not a guaranteed outcome.
Cancelation of Coaching
Clients may cancel their recurring monthly coaching at any time by emailing us at theforbiddencoaching@gmail.com.
Cancelations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Coaching access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle in which the cancelation was made.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused weeks or sessions.
Exceptions (Rare & Case-by-Case)
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
An accidental purchase of the wrong plan, if reported within 24 hours and before coaching has begun.
No other refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, missed sessions, or lack of participation.
Fitness Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary depending on effort, health status, and consistency. The Forbidden Coaching makes no guarantees of specific outcomes (such as weight loss, strength gains, or physical transformation). Refunds will not be provided on the basis of results not being achieved.
Intellectual Property
All programs, nutrition plans, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of The Forbidden Coaching. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing these materials is strictly prohibited.
